Salads
In Salads choose from more than ten options ranging from Yam Woon Sen (glass noodle salad in spicy tangy dressing) onto Yam Pla Sa-Mum Prai (crispy sole fish with select herbs in a home-made hot sauce) and Nueng Pla Koong (steamed prawns in tom yum dressing) and Narmtok Ped (grilled duck fillet in a spicy rice sauce).
Appetizers
Through the accompaniments of Appetizers a feast of textures come alive and satiate your appetite with the ever popular Hed Hom Raad Phrik (deep fried crispy mushrooms stuffed with vegetables & tossed in sweet chilli sauce) onto Taohu Manow (steamed Tofu in a homemade spicy lemon sauce) and Kae Tord Sauce Ma-Karm (crispy lamb in spicy tamarind sauce) to name a few.
Main Course
The layered flavours will continue to build and unfold through the heart of the menu in its Main Course selection that presents delicious curries, best of vegetables, choicest of meats to suit your palate and a fine selection of Stir -fry; without which the experience is incomplete for those looking for an authentic experience.
Savour fiery curry - Panang is cooked with the dao special curry with kaffir lime leaves, thai chilli and pea aubergine. If you are a lover of the fragrant and filling Southern Thai dish of Massaman curry, savour the classic dish rich with goodness of vegetables or meat with potato cubes, onions and roasted peanuts which is slow cooked and leaves you yearning for more. Pla Phad Khing Keun Chai presents steamed red snapper in ginger sauce while the Kaeng Hunglay Moo serves pork cooked in northern style hunglay sauce. Within Thailand, a regional speciality, Hunglay sauce is enriched by the slow cooking of sweet fat layered pork and spices.
Stir Fry
Stir-Fry section presents more than dozen tempting dishes that include Phad Phak Ruam Mid (stir fried vegetables and shitake mushrooms in a light soy sauce); Taoho Tord Sarm Rod (silken tofu in sweet chilli garlic sauce), Phad Cha Koong Mung Korn (stir fried lobster with bamboo shoot and exotic greens served in a spicy basil sauce), Phad Nam Phrik Phow (stir fried pok choy, broccoli, asparagus and bell peppers tossed in a chilli sauce) and Shoo Shee Salmon (grilled salmon with mango sauce).

Desserts
The dessert menu for DAO and DIMCHA offers traditional Thai desserts and classic international favourites; spanning Sang-Ka-Ya an authentic steamed egg custard, onto Tub-Tim-Grob which is an amalgamation of water chestnut in coconut milk, Tim Ka-Naew the homemade ice cream with sweet sticky rice and mango sauce, and speciality homemade coconut and black sesame ice cream. Diners can also choose from Pon-La-Mai-Sod which is fresh fruit of the day, Choco lava cake, sumptuous tiramisu and good old Chocolate and Vanilla ice cream.
Drinks
The bar has a wide range of all liquids and places emphasis on its expansive selection of whiskey & single malts and signature drinks that infuse Asian flavours into classic cocktail recipes like the Watermelon Kimono which is composed of watermelon juice, lime juice and vodka, the Manow-Su which is kiwi, cucumber, cherry liqueur, lemon grass and citrus vodka onto Oriental Spice which balances the sweetness of guava juice with Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce with vodka amongst others.
